DESCRIPTION:NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Lancaster Tennis Club will take place in the clubhouse on Tuesday 2nd December at 6.30pm\n \nMembers are asked to attend this meeting in order that any points about this season and future matters for next season can be raise and discussed.\n\nThis is an opportunity to place any grievances\, suggest any changes\, present new ideas or improvements and to discuss the Club’s future.\n\nSandra Eccles\, Susan Lucas and Steve Garland who have worked tirelessly over many years for the club are relinquishing some or all of their roles\, therefore members need to step up and take up some of their roles otherwise the club is likely to struggle going forward.\n\nIf you have an item to be discussed under Any Other Business\, are willing to join the Club’s management committee or any questions about the AGM please respond by email.   Please do not respond by WhatsApp  as it goes to the whole group.
