At the Pickleball session on Tuesday April 8th at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre a representative of the 3R Charity Jean McElhone – who happens to play Pickleball – presented a cheque to our Club following the successful application for a grant by our Pickleball organiser Sharon Phillips.
The £370 grant is sufficient to buy 2 extra pickleball nets and some additional paddles, so there are now enough nets for all four courts at the Centre. This is very much appreciated.
