Two adult teams win their leagues

The 2022 summer match season is coming to an end, and already we know that two of our adult teams have won their leagues and will be promoted.

The successful teams are our mixed doubles team in the Kendal League, Division 2 (captain Derek Metcalfe) and our new men’s team in the Fylde League, Division 8 (captain Andre Coltman).  CONGRATULATIONS to them and all the team members.

Other teams that finished in strong positions were our men’s team in Kendal League, Division 3 (captain Steve Garland) and our ladies team in the Kendal League (captain Sandra Eccles).  For full details of final league positions see here

And in the junior leagues our U17 teams did well in both the Fylde and the Ribble Leagues, with junior organiser Michaela Parkinson working  hard to co-ordinate the teams with the parent captains. See here for the final junior league positions.
