Your Options
The Club is very keen to engage with local schools and welcomes all enquiries. These are in addition to the junior coaching sessions organised by Michael Cartmell of Cartmell Academy
There are two main options:
1. For schools to use our courts on a hire only basis. We provide the courts and can loan rackets but the schools usually bring their own balls and DBS accredited staff/coach. The normal charge is £12 per hour for use of the three astro turf courts, floodlights (if needed) and tennis clubhouse. 2. It may also be possible for local schools to use our courts and work with professional coach, Michael Cartmell who should be contacted direct on

The nearby Steiner School hires our mini court every week in term-time and groups from Willow Lane Primary School (regularly) and the Marsh Community Centre also use our courts. In addition. in the past we have hosted trials for the Lancaster International Games, Lancaster Royal Grammar School matches and a group of youngsters from Chernobyl.
