Pickleball is getting very popular in our area, with opportunities to play at our Club outside with court booking possible on-line. And also indoors at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre (Tuesday evenings) and from April on Tuesday evenings at Lancaster Boys Grammar School. In addition there is an informal group at the Sports Hall at the University of Cumbria, playing on Sundays at different times – organised through a WhatsApp group – £3.50 per hour. And the U3A has set up a popular group playing outdoors at our Club on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm – £2 per session for U3A members – contact Lyn Sharples on [email protected]
And you can also try out Pickleball at the Club’s Open Day on April 12th from 11am to 1pm.
