Well done to Lancaster League Mixed Team

The Club’s Mixed Team brought a successful season to an end with a great win over Arnside at the weekend in the final of the Geoff Seed Club.

After a very close win over Bowerham in the semi finals, the team – captain Dave Clark with Malcolm Dow, Sandra Eccles and Maxine Clark –  triumphed in a hard fought handicap match with some very good games at Arnside with the final score of 76 to 58.

There is still one match to be played in the summer Lancaster & District League but our team is currently top. Well done to captain Dave Clark and all the other team members over the season.
